The inherent durability of Valéron resists mechanical damage and ensures the integrity of the rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane during subsequent wall construction.

Valéron provides a secondary waterproof barrier at flashing areas to prevent wall assembly leaks. Valéron is fully adhered to the substrate to prevent moisture migration behind the flashing. Detailing is easy to install, inspect and repair to insure the best possible performance.

Air barriers made with Valéron produce a virtually impermeable air, vapor and water barrier on concrete, masonry, gypsum board and wood walls. Valéron reinforced membranes provide a cost-effective system providing a continuous seal against air, vapor, and moisture around the entire building.

Air barriers made with Valéron is puncture resistant, has low shrinkage, high tensile strength and cold temperature resistance to -70°F/-57°C. Other commercial air barriers do not provide the same level of performance as those made with Valéron.

Interior Tile Waterproofing prevents moisture buildup in the wall cavity behind shower tile installations. Membrane made with Valéron can be used around drains, behind tile to provide protection against moisture migration.
