Richmond Technology engineers developed PFL-400 which provides a low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) and excellent contamination control properties. It is a proprietary polyester/solid foil/polyethylene laminate with a barefoot polyethylene inner layer that is free of additives, slip agents, and antiblocks. This sturdy construction and a refined processing technique ensures reliable performance in a variety of critical applications.

PFL-400 is excellent for disc media, and the clean bag of choice for many bare wafer and other non-static sensitive products. It is ideally suited for vacuum packaging and nitrogen flush applications.
